1. Definitions

• "We / Us / Our" refers to Lanna Ledger, operating from 12/5 Tha Phae Road, Chang Moi, Muang, Chiang Mai 50300, Thailand.
• "You / User" refers to any individual accessing our website or enrolling in a course.
• "Services" refers to the financial education courses and related materials provided by Lanna Ledger.
• "Course Materials" refers to printed guides, worksheets, notebooks, plan-cards, and recorded sessions provided as part of a programme.
• "Agreement" refers to these Terms and Conditions in their current version.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or submitting an enquiry or enrolment, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. These terms form the entire agreement between you and Lanna Ledger in relation to the use of our website and services.

3. Description of Services

Lanna Ledger provides financial education programmes delivered in small group settings in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Our current course offerings are:

• The First Joint — a four-session introductory course (฿4,200)
• Building the Frame — a seven-week course on financial habits and savings (฿6,800)
• The Finished Piece Programme — an eleven-week comprehensive programme covering retirement and longer-term planning (฿10,100)

Course availability and scheduling are subject to change. We will provide reasonable notice of any significant changes to enrolled students.

4. Important Educational Disclaimer

Lanna Ledger provides financial education only. Nothing provided in our courses, course materials, website, or any communication from us constitutes financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, or any form of personal recommendation. We are not licensed financial advisors and do not act as such.

Before making any financial decisions, including opening accounts, purchasing financial products, or planning for retirement, you should consult a qualified, licensed financial professional. We actively encourage this and remind students of it throughout our courses.

5. Enrolment and Payment

Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of the course fee in full. Course fees are listed in Thai Baht (฿) and are all-inclusive of course materials, session recordings (where applicable), and any group discussion meetings described in the course description. There are no additional charges.

Payment details will be provided upon confirmation of your enrolment. We do not store payment card information.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation more than 14 days before course start: Full refund less any payment processing fees
• Cancellation 7–14 days before course start: 50% refund
• Cancellation within 7 days of course start: No refund, but you may transfer your place to another person with prior notice
• Cancellation by Lanna Ledger: Full refund in the event we cancel a session or course

7. Attendance and Missed Sessions

We encourage consistent attendance. For courses that include recorded sessions (Building the Frame and The Finished Piece Programme), missed sessions can be reviewed via recording. For The First Joint, we will endeavour to provide a brief catch-up before the next session when possible. No refund or fee reduction is provided for missed sessions.

8. User Responsibilities

By enrolling in or attending a course, you agree to:

• Treat fellow participants and educators with courtesy and respect
• Not record, photograph, or distribute sessions or course materials without written permission
• Not use course materials for commercial purposes
• Provide accurate personal information during enrolment
• Notify us promptly if your contact information changes

9. Intellectual Property

All course materials — including printed guides, worksheets, plan-cards, summary cards, and recorded sessions — remain the intellectual property of Lanna Ledger. You are granted a personal, non-commercial licence to use these materials for your own learning only. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or publish any course materials without our express written permission.

10. Website Use

Our website is provided for informational purposes. You may use it to learn about our courses and submit enquiries. You must not misuse our website by introducing malicious code, attempting to gain unauthorised access, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, Lanna Ledger shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or financial losses arising from your use of our website, attendance at our courses, or any action or inaction taken as a result of information provided in our educational content. Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the course fee paid for the relevant programme.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Lanna Ledger harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our website or course materials.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your participation in our courses shall first be referred to informal resolution by contacting us at [email protected]. If informal resolution is not possible within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chiang Mai Province, Thailand.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page with its effective date. Continued use of our website or enrolment in a course after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
