Do I need any financial background to join?
Not at all. Our courses — especially The First Joint — are designed for people who are starting from scratch or feel uncertain about where they stand. We begin from the very basics and move at whatever speed feels comfortable for the group.
Are the courses conducted in English?
Yes. All Lanna Ledger courses are delivered in English, and materials are provided in English as well. We are based in Chiang Mai and welcome both long-term residents and visitors from across the region.
Will you tell me where to invest my money?
No — and we think that is an important distinction. Lanna Ledger is an educational service, not a financial advisory firm. We help you build understanding and ask better questions. For personal investment or pension decisions, we always recommend speaking with a qualified, licensed professional.
How many people are in each session?
We keep group sizes deliberately small — usually between four and eight participants — so that every person has room to ask questions and contribute at their own pace. It makes for a much more relaxed atmosphere than a large classroom setting.
What if I miss a session during a course?
Life happens. For Building the Frame and The Finished Piece, recorded sessions are included so you can catch up without worry. For The First Joint, we try to schedule a short catch-up conversation before the next meeting if needed.
What does the course fee include?
All printed materials, guides, notebooks, and worksheets are included in the listed price. There are no hidden extras. The fee covers your full participation in the course and all accompanying resources.
